Install & activate in 3 steps
Everything you need after purchase — from the ZIP to your first Telegram-ready inbox. It takes about 2 minutes.

Download the ZIP
Open your Polar purchase page (linked in the receipt email) and download azaslab-stepform-pro-x.x.x.zip from File Downloads. Your license key is right there under License Keys.

Install on WordPress
In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, click Install Now, then Activate. Already running the free version? WordPress will offer to replace it — your forms, inbox and settings are kept.

Enter your license key
Go to Settings → StepForm, open the License tab, paste your key and save. That activates this site and unlocks Telegram one-tap reply, multilingual notifications and the visitor confirmation email.
Updates from here on
While your license is active, new versions appear in the standard WordPress Dashboard → Updates screen automatically — update with one click, like any other plugin.
If something goes wrong
“Activation failed” — the key has reached its site limit
Your plan covers a fixed number of sites (Solo 1 · Pro 3 · Studio 10 · Agency unlimited). On a site you no longer use, open the License tab, clear the key and save — that frees the seat. Then save the key here again.
Moving to a new domain / site URL
Clear the key on the old URL (License tab → empty → save), then enter it again on the new one.
Lost your license key
It is shown in the Polar customer portal — the link is in your receipt email, under License Keys.
The update never shows up
Check that the License tab shows the key as active, then visit Dashboard → Updates and click “Check again”.
Want to change your plan (upgrade / downgrade)
Contact us via the support form (include your site URL and the last 4 characters of your license key) and we switch the plan on our side — the price difference is prorated and settled right away. A new license key is issued: paste it into the plugin (clearing the old key frees its seat). Please don’t buy again from the pricing page.
